When was the last time you ‘tuned in’ to your self?
Do you do a check-in with you? Take yourself for a coffee and ask yourself ‘Are you OK today?’
What do you do when the answer is no? How do you respond to that?
Tuning in to yourself is something we tend to forget as we are all in this ‘rat race’, having to do everything, needing to be somewhere, taking care of others. We won’t be able to take care of others unless we take care of ourselves first.
The last few months I have been working with a coach, who has been amazing, inspirational, wonderful and yet extremely on my case! hahaha…
What I am learning differently, is to actually become aware of how I am really doing. I tune into how I am feeling, what I am telling myself, what I am afraid off, what the emotions are that are coming up.
This allows me to CHOOSE to feel different, think different, relate differently and respond differently.
Hence, I feel better, much more positive, take action and be in control of me and my life.
I am BEING the person I need to be, to have what I want in my life and in my business.
So are you BEING the person you need to be, to have what you want?
