Remain true to yourself, your passion and mission

The last two weeks I have felt 'crushed'. Flu, infections, bacteria, you name it, my body was dealing with it. Natural remedies (yay!) and even antibiotic medication (Bad stuff, I know!) were pulled out to fight it. My spirit and usual self were out the door and all I could do was sleep and feel sorry for myself. BUT, I have learned that I can't and won't let this get to me; all I have to do is look after me and find out what's going on. I have taken this experience as letting go: my body had a lot of nasty stuff to process and release, some blockages, some fear, some old patterns and make way forrenewed belief in me, positive attitude, open communication, freedom, joy, love and fun! Today is the first day I feel more energised, healed and ready to be ME again. I realised that this 'clearing' coincides with the end of the financial year, which is usually a time to reflect and review; look at what we have learned, decide what is important, what keeps us on track, motivated and how do we move forward continuing to follow our passion, mission and our heart. Hence, I started to do exactly that; following my intuition, tune into my heart and ask myself the questions below, which I'd like to invite you to do as well:

  • Identify where you are at, whether this is for you personally or in your business or at work

  • What have you learned the last 6 months?

  • What is important to you?

  • How would you like to stay on track and motivated?

  • Is there anyone around you that can help you?

  • What are you going to do to keep following your passion, path, mission and heart?

I'd love to hear from you - share your journey with me. In the meantime, I leave you with this tweetable:

Never let our spirit be crushed by what we experience, always remain true to ourselves, our purpose and mission." Bianca de Reus
