How are you feeling today? I mean, how are you REALLY feeling?
Do you consciously take a moment and feel your body? Become aware of any points that may be out of balance, sore or feel heavy? Do you feel light headed or dizzy and you know you have eaten or been drinking plenty of water? If you experience any of this and more, than you may want to start to focus on your energy fields, your chakras. They may be out of balance or not working properly; this has a major impact on your physical body and wellbeing.
Firstly, let me explain a little bit about the chakras, just in case you are unfamiliar with them. We have seven core chakras in the energy field around our physical body, which are shown in the image below. These energy fields allow for the optimum flow of energy in and around our bodies.
The chakras are often described as a 'wheel' that is turning. Once it stops turning, it stops the energy flow and we may experience physical and energetic discomfort and blockages. Hence, cleansing and balancing the chakras is very important to remove these blockages as well as the discomfort. It will also help us open up to ourselves, connect and experience our life from a place of harmony and love. (maybe a bit 'woo woo' for some of you; just stick with me as it's all the yummy stuff we want!) A couple of weeks ago, I was guided to record an exercise to help you with the balancing and cleansing of your chakras. I am gifting you this recording today with my invitation for you to practise this beautiful way of balancing your energy fields so you experience clarity, joy, connection, relaxation, peace,harmony and love.
