How is your body feeling after you have eaten a meal? Does it feel satisfied? Full of energy? Or do you feel lethargic, bloated and experience aches and pains?
Today I'd love to suggest for you to LISTEN and FEEL INTO your body every time you eat, keep a journal and identify what foods serve your body's optimum health and energy levels.
This has been a great way for me to understand what my body loves and I am sticking to it as it feels the best for my body. It also had a big influence on healing my body from dis-ease. Nutrition really is a huge part of healing the body.
The same goes for our animals; they too need to have a focus on the right food for their bodies. When I work with them, 9 out of 10 times, the animals are sharing with me that they are not being fed the right food, and hence they experience negative feelings, aches and pains in their bodies.
If you find that a type of food has a negative impact, stay away from it for a while and see how you feel then. If you find that your pet has a reaction or experiences a negative impact of food on their body, then change this for them as well (usually back to making the food ourselves!)
You don't put petrol in a diesel car, now do you? The same goes for your body. Not every BODY is designed to eat everything that is on offer, so do your body (and your spirit) a favour, start to identify what makes your body THRIVE!
