…and become more aware of you, your surroundings and feel grounded and present. Elizabeth Gilbert reminds us that this is a very simple way to get present, and become more aware of what we are experiencing. You can do this exercise for just 3 minutes a day: Look at your surroundings and name:
- 5 things you can see,
- 4 things you can hear,
- 3 things you can feel,
- 2 things you can smell,
- 1 thing you can taste.
Go on, become more centred, aligned and aware. Together with the Align activity I have shared with you previously, you are in a very powerful position to be you; the healthy, vibrant you, un-apologetically!
